Privacy at Orivvi
This policy explains what data we handle, why we use it and the choices available to you when using Orivvi.
Data we receive
We receive data you provide when creating and managing an account, such as your name, email, photo, biography and links. We also process stories, chapters, images, reports, contact messages and information needed to manage plans and payments.
How we use data
We use this data to provide your account, publish and organize content, operate subscriptions, offer support, prevent abuse, comply with legal duties and improve the experience. Usage metrics, including via Google Analytics, may be analyzed in aggregate to understand platform performance.
Public content
Your author name, photo, biography, links and published stories are public and may appear in search engines. Drafts and unpublished content are not publicly displayed, although they may be retained as needed for operations, security and legal compliance.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal data. We may share only what is necessary with providers that support hosting, account access, storage, payments, security, customer support and analytics (including Google Analytics), subject to data protection obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect data against improper access, alteration or loss. No service is completely risk-free. We retain data while an account is active and afterward only as needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and backups.

Children and teenagers
Orivvi is not directed to children who cannot legally consent. Minors must use the platform with authorization and supervision from a guardian, as required by applicable law.
