Terms of use
These Terms govern the use of Orivvi by writers, readers and visitors. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep it updated and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your profile and must report unauthorized use. Minors need guardian authorization when required by law. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or used to impersonate others.
User duties
Use Orivvi lawfully and respectfully. Do not compromise security, bypass limits, automate abusive access, collect third-party data without permission, distribute malicious code or disrupt the platform. Reports and contact channels must be used in good faith.
Prohibited content
Do not publish illegal, fraudulent or defamatory content, content that violates privacy, encourages violence or exploitation, promotes harassment or hate, infringes copyrights or trademarks, or exposes third-party personal data without a lawful basis. Age ratings and content notices must be accurate.
Rights to your work
You retain ownership of the text and images you create. By uploading content, you grant Orivvi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, technically adapt, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote and improve the service. The license ends when content is removed, subject to backups, prior sharing and legally required retention.
Writer warranties
You confirm that you hold the rights and permissions needed for everything you publish and are responsible for its accuracy, legality and consequences. Third-party material requires appropriate permission and compliance with credits, licenses and image rights.
Orivvi rights and duties
Orivvi must handle data under the Privacy Policy, provide contracted features and limits, and use reasonable security and continuity measures. We may organize, feature, limit, reject, unpublish or remove content to comply with law, these Terms, moderation decisions or technical requirements. When appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route.
Plans, payments and cancellation
The free plan has limits and may include advertising. Pro is billed monthly in US dollars, with price and benefits shown before purchase. Taxes and currency conversion may vary. You may cancel renewal and retain benefits through the paid period. After downgrade, content and features above the limit may no longer be displayed, although the platform seeks to preserve them for reactivation.
Moderation and third-party rights
We may review reports, request information and take proportionate measures, including restriction, unpublishing, suspension or termination. Repeated violations, immediate risk, fraud or legal orders may justify action without prior notice. Rights claims must include enough information to identify and assess the material.
Availability and service changes
We aim to keep Orivvi available, but interruptions, maintenance, feature loss or product changes may occur. We do not guarantee audience, revenue, indexing, indefinite preservation or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued, with reasonable notice when active users are materially affected.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Orivvi is not liable for user content, third-party relationships, business outcomes, unavoidable outages or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may unpublish works and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, community risk, fraud, nonpayment or legal obligations. Termination does not erase prior duties, amounts owed, security records or provisions intended to survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material updates will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and close your account.
